At CERA we believe that restorative justice principles are appropriate and applicable to a wide variety of circumstances involving conflict. Accordingly, CERA is actively exploring areas (local businesses, workplace conflicts, family conflicts, etc) in which we can strengthen our community with restorative justice initiatives.
